Who can attend Base Camp?
Our camps are designed for children ages 5–14, with activities and gymnastics instruction adapted to different ages and experience levels. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or already has gymnastics experience, there are opportunities to learn, move, and have fun.
Does my child need gymnastics experience?
Not at all! Our camps welcome a wide range of experience levels, from beginner to advanced.
Coaches provide age- and skill-appropriate instruction so campers can participate, learn new skills, and take on challenges at their own pace.
What time does camp start and end?
Camp runs from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM. Complimentary early drop-off is available beginning at 8:30 AM.
What does a typical camp day look like?
Camp days include multiple gymnastics sessions, skill-building activities, games, group challenges, crafts, snack breaks, lunch, and time for campers to choose activities they enjoy. Our schedule is designed to keep campers active, learning, and having fun!
What should my child bring to camp?
Campers should bring a lunch, 2 snacks, and a water bottle each day. Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended so they can move safely and comfortably throughout the day. We also recommend labeling personal belongings.
Are there activities besides gymnastics?
Absolutely! Campers enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including group games, challenges, obstacle courses, crafts, and camper-choice activities.
Is lunch provided?
Campers should bring their own lunch and snacks for the day. Please make sure your child has enough food and water to stay energized throughout camp.
Is early drop-off available?
Yes! Complimentary early drop-off is available from 8:30–9:00 AM. Camp officially begins at 9:00 AM.
What if my child has never been to Base Camp before?
That's completely okay! Our camps are designed to welcome both new and returning campers. Coaches and staff will help new campers get comfortable, learn the routine, and participate throughout the day.
